General information:
The prices quoted are per room and day with all sleep & go inclusive services.
- VAT is included in the price.
- The local tax is not included in the price and is calculated on site and shown separately on the invoice. (Local tax € 1.00 per night per person aged 14 and over).
- The reservation of a specific room may not be guaranteed.
- Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we would like to ask you to leave your room by 10.30 a.m. - depending on availability, late check-out is also possible for a surcharge of € 50.00. If you arrive after 7 p.m. we ask you to notify us by phone!
- All of our rooms are non-smoking!
- Your reservation is valid after it has been sent to you by letter, fax or e-mail and confirmed by us in writing and a deposit of 50% of the arrangement price has then been paid.
- You are welcome to settle your bill using a debit card, credit card, non-transferable check, bank transfer.
- In the event of late arrival, early departure or illness during the stay, the room will be charged up to the confirmed date.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid unpleasant and costly situations.

Room cancellation:
- We do not charge any cancellation fees up to 30 days before the start of the holiday;
- From the 29th to the 15th day before the start of the holiday, we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price;
- from 14 days before the start of the holiday we charge 70% of the arrangement price;
- In the event of no-show, we charge 100% cancellation fees

If the price information in the written booking confirmation deviates from the current price list, the prices in the booking confirmation are always binding in the event of a contradiction, unless there is a glaring typographical error.
